  1. 01 Does AppVault have a free tier?
    Yes. The free tier includes one vault, up to 25 files, full AES-256 encryption, and the 5×5 pattern lock. No credit card required. The Calculator Launcher, Decoy Vault, Intruder Log, and encrypted iCloud backup are part of AppVault Pro.
  2. 02 How much does AppVault Pro cost?
    AppVault Pro is $1.99 per month, $9.99 per year (with a 7-day free trial), or $29.99 as a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly plan saves about 58% compared to monthly.
  3. 03 How do I cancel a subscription?
    Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → AppVault → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all billing for AppVault; we do not have direct access to your payment details.
  4. 04 Can I get a refund?
    Refunds are processed by Apple. Use Apple’s "Report a Problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com within the standard refund window. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly, but we do not contest legitimate refund requests with Apple.
  5. 05 Is there a family plan?
    The Lifetime tier ($29.99 one-time) supports Apple Family Sharing for up to five family members, each with their own independent vault. Subscriptions are per Apple ID and do not share by default.
  6. 06 Does AppVault Pro work offline?
    Yes. The Pro features are unlocked through Apple’s on-device receipt validation. Once purchased, AppVault Pro works fully offline with no network calls at all.
  7. 07 Will the lifetime price go up?
    It may. The introductory $29.99 lifetime price is a launch-window number. Customers who buy at $29.99 keep their license forever, including all future updates, regardless of what the price becomes later.
