If something is not working, write to us. AppVault is a small team and a real human will respond, usually within one business day.
[email protected] reaches the entire team. Include your iOS version, the version of AppVault from Settings → About, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.
Forgotten pattern
We cannot recover a forgotten pattern. That is the design — there is no master key, no admin override, and no "send to email" reset. If you wrote down the recovery passphrase we offered during setup, you can use it from the unlock screen. If you did not, the vault stays sealed.
Subscription help
Billing and refunds are handled by Apple. To cancel a subscription, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AppVault. For refund requests, use Apple’s "Report a Problem" page at reportaproblem.apple.com.
